[摘要]随着保险行业的日趋市场化和竞争的白热化,传统的车险经营模式已经面临着严峻的挑战,时代呼唤新的模式。构造车险价值网的目的,就是要打造一个贯穿整个车险产业链、与各主体深层次合作的新型汽车保险平台,形成一个保险公司与汽车服务提供商、汽车消费者共赢的创新经营体系。具体表现在以下几方面:产品开发——着眼需求;销售渠道——谋求“脱媒”;核保——主动选择;理赔——大胆外包;客户服务——重在创新;资金运用——委托投资。 [关键词]价值网;车险经营模式;传统经营模式 [中图分类号] F840.65 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2007)10-0014-03 Abstract: As the insurance industry becomes more and more marketdriven and the competition continues to intensify, motor insurance′s traditional distribution model is facing with grave challenges and should be changed imminently. The objective of creating a network of value for motor insurance is to structure a new motor insurance platform that covers the whole process of motor insurance and forms deeperlevel cooperation among all participating entities, thus a new winwin operation system among car service providers, insurers and consumers will come into being. Major characteristics of such a system will be: product designgearing at meeting consumer needs, sales channel seeking disintermediation, underwritingproactive selection, claim settlementbold outsourcing, customer servicefocusing on innovation, and capital utilization third party entrustment.
